Background

Silicon Drinkabout is a global community connecting entrepreneurs and professionals from the startup ecosystem. The São Paulo edition, celebrating its 10th anniversary as the first event in Brazil, was organized by a marketing and design team to deliver an impactful and engaging experience for attendees.

Over three months, I collaborated with a team of 10 people to ensure we would have high-profile sponsors, including Cubo Itaú and Garagem Unilever—both renowned incubators dedicated to supporting and accelerating startups. They helped elevate the event’s quality and credibility.

Branding

The event welcomed 200 participants, creating a vibrant space for networking and discussions on entrepreneurship. To enhance the experience, I designed exclusive visual assets, which were printed on badges, mugs, and banners, reinforcing the event’s branding and making it more memorable.

For design execution, we utilized Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for vector graphics, Premiere Pro for promotional video editing, and Canva and Figma for seamless collaboration within the team. To document the event and generate high-quality content for social media, I used a Canon EOS Rebel T5i camera, capturing key moments that extended the event’s impact.

Leading the marketing and design efforts for Silicon Drinkabout São Paulo’s 10th-anniversary event was an exciting challenge that combined creativity, strategy, and collaboration.

From securing major sponsors to crafting a strong visual identity, the event not only celebrated a decade of innovation and entrepreneurship but also reinforced the importance of community-driven initiatives in fostering meaningful connections and opportunities for growth.
